Ronald Fair is an American A&R executive, record producer, record executive, musical arranger, recording engineer and conductor. In a career that has spanned over 30 years at major record labels he has produced and arranged hits for several artists, but he is best known as a "guru/mentor", guiding the careers of unknown artists. Among the artists he has mentored are Christina Aguilera, Vanessa Carlton, Keyshia Cole, The Black Eyed Peas and Fergie, and the Pussycat Dolls.[2][3]
In 2013, Fair was named the new Chief Creative Officer and Executive Vice President of Virgin Records. In his current position, he is in charge of rebuilding the recently struggling label.[14][15] After a year with the company, he left Virgin Records in October 2014.[16]
While you're listening, the MP3 controversy continues. The music industry maintains that music sharing software allows users to swap music illegally, promoting piracy. But Gottlieb compared MP3 to the old 45 RPM single, which wasn't a big money-maker for the label but raised awareness of the artist and made you want to buy other music by that artist.
"The recording industry in general is very used to doing business one particular way, and that's shipping plastic disks around the country on trucks and controlling the complete means of distribution," Gottlieb said. "Instead of looking to close down channels of distribution for digital music, the labels really should be looking to expand and facilitate the distribution of music."
Founded in 2002, True Religion has created a distinct identity for itself with its signature stitch and take on the traditional 5-pocket jean. Building on its aesthetic sensibility, the label ushered in a new decade with its Supreme collaboration last year and now a standout collaboration with Chief Keef.
He appears to be a small green bear with yellow eyes wearing a military uniform and dog tags, but in this version, he has an even more aggressive expression. His uniform is slightly different from his original design and his dog tags seem to be missing. He also seems to be wearing a pair of dark green pants as well. He is also holding a walkie-talkie in his left and a knife in his right. In Slaughter, he is now covered in blood, his mouth has widened, his pupils look more crazy, and he no longer wields a walkie-talkie. During Overkill, his eyes become black with red pupils, and he no longer wields a knife, leaving his hands empty. During Fallout, he is seen kneeling on the ground, covering his face. his sclera have returned to white, but he retains his red pupils from Overkill. he is still bloodied. he seems to be having a panic attack, and experiencing major PTSD.
Minus Fliqpy's head has the appearance of Fliqpy's normal icon, except with a red glow coming from his right eye. He wears a black jacket with grey sleeves, and a chain is locked onto his chest. He also wears matching black pants.
Junior is looks similar to Fliqpy/Flippy from the Happy Tree Friends series except that his mouth is absent and his eyes are pitch black without any features. He is stained with red paint whilst wearing a dark green jacket and black pants. He is seen during the songs Cleave and Disturbed acting as a replacement of Girlfriend during Minus Fliqpy's week. He is confirmed to be the one singing both songs Playdate and Real. 2ff7e9595c
